Question 1) How do I set Pointpad as my homepage?
Answer: Click the following link Make pointpad my home page! to set Pointpad as your homepage, or use the link located at the bottom of the page.

Question 2) I forgot my password, how do I change it?
Answer: Click Forgot my Password to request a new password to be emailed to you.

Question 3) How do I create an account with Pointpad?
Answer: Click Sign up! to create your FREE account!

Question 4) How do I change my password?
Answer: If you are currently logged in and know your password, you may change it by clicking the "Settings" link located on the top right menu of your homepage, otherwise you must request a new password emailed to you by using the "Forgot my Password" link above.

Question 5) Do I have to sign in each time I want to visit my homepage?
Answer: No. Check the "Remember me" checkbox when you sign in the first time and you will not have to sign in again. Also, you must have "Cookies Enabled" in your Web Browser. Visit http://www.google.com/cookies.html for step by step instructions on how to enable your cookies.

Question 6) How do I add websites to my homepage?
Answer: Go back to your homepage and click the "+ add website" link located at the top of the page.

Question 7) How long does it take for me to see a thumbnail image of my website?
Answer: If you see a "Loading thumbnail" picture, you should refresh your browser after about a minute wait.

Question 8) Why can't I see a thumbnail image of my website in the thumbnail preview?
Answer: This means we do not currently have the website stored in our library. Simply add the website to your list and the thumbnail will appear soon.

Question 9) If I want an updated thumbnail can I refresh the one I see?
Answer: Yes. Simply click the "pencil icon" on the pad and check the "refresh thumbnail" checkbox. Then submit.

Question 10) How do I change the order of my categories?
Answer: Click the "edit category list" link located on the top right menu of your homepage. Then you can drag and drop the categories in place.
